Not how it is marketed at all

Booked 2 rooms with balcony, went to room and it only had Windows. Staff then swapped the room to the balcony room no problems. After this though the room that I had the balcony door would not close let alone lock. I told the staff who were not happy expressed by facial expression, however they did fix it. Then the door would not open I didn't even bother to tell them this. I went to close the blinds that night and there was vomit all down the curtains I didn't tell them this either. I dropped something on the floor and when I looked under the bed to pick it up there was that much dust and rubbish it was gross.
Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2018
