They try hard. And with so many options nearby they do a good job. Breakfast was amazing and so many options to choose from elevators are small and crowded and busy but you get used to the way

The elevator situation was extremely slow and frustrating! The rooms lockboxes do not work. The hotel is set back in an alley that is not too nice. The buffet was too crowded and just ok. The staffs are friendly. The door boys are very helpful and would carry the heavy luggages up and down the stairs.

I stayed in the Family Ocean View room for 2 nights. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there were a few things you should know before booking.➕ The Pros:Great room: To my surprise, the room was very clean, neat, and spacious since it is actually two connecting rooms.Friendly staff: The hotel team was super helpful and welcoming.Good location: It’s located down an alley, but it’s still very convenient—just a short walk and a street cross to get to the beach.➖ The Cons:Dated lobby & smell: The hotel looks a bit old when you first walk in, and the old carpets have a bit of a smell.Slow elevator: Only one elevator goes up to the 29th floor, so the wait time is long. I usually took the other elevator to the 28th floor and walked up the stairs to save time.Small pool: The swimming pool is quite small, so my family didn't use it.Disappointing view: On Expedia, the photos showed a wide, panoramic ocean view from both rooms. However, our view was mostly blocked by a building in front. It felt more like a partial view than a real ocean view.💡 Quick Tip: If you book the Family Ocean View room, make sure to message the hotel ahead of time and ask them to avoid rooms 4 and 5.

On a back street with very steep steps - not for the faint hearted! Room was nice, clean. Breakfast didn’t work for us. We don’t eat pork or seafood and my husband doesn’t eat eggs and although there was lots of food, most contained one or all of these elements. In all it worked for the two night we were in Nha Trang- we eat breakfast elsewhere which was very nice.

Ticked all my Boxes!

Excellent, central, value hotel, new in 2018, so all facilities tip-top. Across from the beach, where they have a small private area. The staff were very friendly and professional and gave me exactly the room I’d requested. The breakfast buffet was amazing with most foods you could possibly desire, both Western, Asian a particularly good for vegetarians. I’d recommend leaving breakfast later rather than earlier though to avoid the hordes. Would certainly book again when in Nha Trang.
