Definitely not worth the price paid

I chose this hotel as I saw the hotel rating was 3.5 stars and the photos looks nice. But in actual the entire place really shows its age and it is definitely not 3.5 stars. I had 2 stars hotels before in better facilities and conditions. The room itself was ants infested, on the bed, on the sugar packs. The bathroom was giving off some stale drain smell and we had to keep the door shut all the time. The lift was dark and dingy. On the positive side, the receptionist, both day and night shift, was friendly and helpful

Nice experience

It was very nice to stay here. It was very reasonable price and location wise it was really convenient. All of crews were very nice. I felt really welcomed there. Especially at the front desk, there was a lady who is called “Tluc Nhi”, she was kind and helpful for any of my request. She made my staying a lot easier and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
