"A perfectly fine airport hotel. Difference is the staff. The gentleman who checked us in genuinely cared about our arrival and check-in and was quite kind to our young son. This is a good airport hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, nice amenities, and very friendly staff."

"It's a room for a night to facilitate airport travel, and nothing more. My room was dirty. The shower needs a new curtain that doesn't allow water to just seep through. I booked a shuttle to the airport, and it never came, so I quickly booked the next one. This made me late getting to the airport, and I had to sprint to make my flight, which I just barely made."

"We stayed at the St Helens Hotel in a family room. The staff were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help. We made use of the hotel gym, and had breakfast on one of the mornings day where there was plenty of choice. Again, the staff at breakfast went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We often ate out in the garden and the staff provided blankets and heating for when it got slightly chilly. brilliant hotel and a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to...

"Lots of staff all v friendly and informative. Breakfast is excellent..lots to choose both hot n cold. The dining menus are bit limited..and does get v busy. With nothing the Glen golf course is 40 mon walk or short car ride..they do offer a shuttle there too. Overall very pleasant location n wish i was able to stay few more nights."
