"The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. They took this on board and catered for all of us. Dinner was a delight. We stayed here last year when visiting our son in Northumberland, but stayed somewhere else after. On choosing a hotel for this visit, this one one hands down for the friendly, staff clean room and fabulous food. Thank you"
