LOVE this property! I treat myself once a year to the "Little Inn by the Bay"! Just a short walk to the beach, the pier, the Crab Cooker and Blackie's by the Sea. Add in the guaranteed parking, and it is SO worth it!

Great area, block from the beach, cute room small but cute I stayed in a queen bed so for one person I was fine two people would of been to crowded I would stay again if it's just me, also no pressure in the shower that's a pet peeve, shops nearby, and food places doughnut shop across the street with great coffee breakfast with in walking great time

we enjoyed our stay very much, there really wasn’t any amenities to speak of, but everything was in walking distance, which made it very helpful. The only downside is the room that we had was on the street side, which we enjoyed however at night it was very noisy because of other people partying we would definitely stay here again, very affordable, clean and very accessible to everything we wanted to have.

Great area, very nice and helpful staff, and nice area to be around for bars and restaurants. Room was small. especially the bathroom. There was a leak dripping onto the sidewalk hallway that caught me by surprise but other than that little little property on Balboa Peninsula. I forgot her name but she noticed there was a charger on the asphalt behind my car and called me to my room saying she picked it up and was holding it for me. 3.5/5, 4/5 if you don’t mind small spaces in a good area.

This place is ideal for couples that can get around as it has no elevator. Room was clean; though we had problems with the TV and air conditioner going on/off on their own. Really enjoyed the walking distance to shops nearby, places to eat and how close the beach is.
