Not like the pictures.
I was in a room with a king size bed with a friend. I asked for another set of towels. I was told that rooms with king size beds only get one set. I went higher and was told I could get another set but the cleaning ladies said no. They said it's against the policy. It does not make sense. Now there are two ladies telling me I can't get towels for the other person in my room even though the person at the front desk said yes. I got my towels but their policy didn't make sense and it's obvious that the towels were more important than the customer.

Horrible, Unsafe, Bedbugs
If I could rate this place a 0 it would be too high of a rating. We ended up checking out early and going across the street for the remainder of our say in Newman after a day and a half. The carpet was completely soaked from the refrigerator nearly to the door. The stool was barely bolted to the floor. Sink was all stopped up and they laid linoleum squares over tile that was completely broken loose resulting in me slipping and spranging my foot. What really put the icing on the cake is when we woke up and my 3 year old was completely cover in head to toe in bed bug bites! The lady at the front office was extremely rude. Claimed the bites couldn't have came from their establishment even after I took my son and captured one of the tiny red bugs in a cup up to the front office. Claimed it was impossible because they spray for them monthly.. we hadn't stayed in any other rooms before we stayed there on this trip and I certainly didn't bring them with me! I will be filing a lawsuit after this horrendous experience. She refused to move us to another room as well stating our current room was completely acceptable. We've been home nearly a week and my son still has bites that are slowly going away. (Pic of bites included) this place needs to be shut down!

Not staying here again
This place was HORRIBLE. The first room literally smelled like cats has died in there recently. Overall cleanliness was very poor. Service was bad as well.

Not a bad place to stay the night, shower was awesome with plenty for hot water. The breakfast was cold cereal and stale donuts, but had other choices nearby to eat. Room was clean and we had a quite stay.

Super 3 This is no typical Super 8.!!!!
This place is unbelievable. Like No other Super 8 that I've ever stayed in before. And I mean that in a bad way.

Don't stay here
Awful experience this was by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Tub had dirt rings, poop on floor next to toilet, dirty towels one with lip stick on it. Sheets had stains and looked filthy. People hanging around outside watching you like they were waiting to rob someone. I'm a fairly seasoned traveler and have never seen anything like this. The blankets looked and felt like old thin curtains. I would not recommend staying here ever.

Not wrth 66 bucks
The room was in poor condition. I felt very learly about sleeping in the bed. It seemed that the linens may have been used.

Very nice only 1 not bad issue
The stay was very nice. The lady in the office was very nice. The only problem is that the jets on the tub did not work on room 110. Other than that it was a great stay

Hotel.com is the worst ever!!!!
It was the worst experience ever!! I didn't even stay at the hotel. I didn't feel safe, the neighborhood was horrible. Then you guys hotel.com wouldn't refund my money back!!! Or give me a new hotel. You have lost my business forever!!!

Paid for King room got one queen
Paid for a king room and got a queen bed instead. The toilet wouldn't flush. Had to flush multiple times to get it. There was no remote control for the tv. Horrible experience.

Gross hotel
It was awful. Two used Washcloths were left draped over the shower rod. The shower fixtures were falling off when I tried to turn it on. The TV was not up to par either. That hotel should be a $35 a night hotel only

They try to kick me out of the hotel
They try to kick me out of the hotel in the middle of the night because the payment was not going through. This was a prepaid reservation and they were making a mistake trying to run the payment for the wrong amount. I requested to speak with the hotel owner and he didn't wanted to speak with me and they were just asking me for a credit card. They don't care about their guests, just their money.

Never Again
The hotel needs some major upgrades. The furniture looks like it came from a second hand store. Although they had several rooms clean, I asked about an early check-in and the lady said you can check in 1 hour early. When I went to check out, I had a dead battery, so I went to the desk and asked the same lady if there was someone who could charge my car battery and she said no. Even though she had a car she was not willing to help me out. Horrible customer service.

Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. Das bestellte Nichtraucherzimmer roch stark nach Rauch. Das Frühstück war ungenügend. 5 Bagels,Cornflakes ohne Milch, den Kaffee haben wir gar nicht erst probiert. Insgesamt nicht zu empfehlen.

Trust the reviews - this place is a Dump!
Despite it being in bold lettering on the front page of their website, they do not give you a coupon for a free breakfast at McDonald's. There is cereal, but if there's no milk, too bad, because the desk clerk won't leave to go buy any. The room was smelly, right down to the pillows. The bathroom smelled like cat urine, so we didn't bother taking showers. The blankets had holes in them. The outlets were coming out of the walls. The door didn't close all the way at the bottom. It's just atrocious. Lousy excuse for a hotel. We got out of there as quickly as we could in the morning. Heed the warnings of reviews and don't waste your money on this place!

So-so for the money
Hotel was convenient to where we were visiting. Couldn't get in the room even with staff help so had to change rooms. New room was musty and smelled like a kennel. Bedding was worn and cleanliness was suspect. Complimentary breakfast was minimal and juice machine out of order.

Hotel had roaches. There was suppose to be a continental breakfast and there wasn't. There was urine in the toilet up check in. Tile in bathroom was coming up. Sheets were stained. Thank god there was two beds. Overall the room was nasty. Very disappointed!! If I wasn't up already for 24 hrs I would not have stayed

The price was right
This motel had a good price but the rom itself was not what we hoped for. The carpet was filthy in our room.We got towels one night that was either very stained or had not been washed.We probably will never stay there again.

Hotel is very dated and the room was one of the worst I have stayed in. The carpets were disgusting and the bed only had a sheet and bedspread, just glad I didnt have a black light. Didn't expect much for the price but it still came up short.

Everything worked. Hotel is old, but some updates are being made. They had not gotten to the room I stayed in yet, so it was a little rough for the wear. Overall, for the price it was acceptable and I would stay there again if I only needed the absolute basics.

Nasty!
The hotel was very dirty!! Carpet had mold all over it. The bathroom was so dirty we could not use it! The sofa had brown stuff all over the cusions! The door had a big gap under it! It did not lock very well in fact the lock was falling off the door. The girl that checked us in said that they were having housekeeping issue that the rooms were not very clean. It was the worst hotel that I had ever stayed in ! If we could have got all are money back we would have left. There is no way I would stay there ever again and would not advise anyone else to stay there. It should be torn down!!!!!!!

There was mold in the bath tub, dirty bed sheets. I had to kill a fly that was flying inside and I saw a small cockroach next to the sink. The worst thing was the urine smell in the bath room. Go here if you can't find any other place for that night. I would have been better off sleeping in the car!!!

The desk person was quite nice, but the condition of the motel was deplorable. Walls, carpet, bathrooms were disgusting. Bug crawling in bathtub as we arrived. Carpets were sticky dirty.

Terrible
I went to check in after i had gotten off work at 2:30 am after I had booked and paid two days earlier only to find they had already given it to someone else. When I inquired why that was the case, the lady in the office told me, "Well it is way past the reservation time." That would not have upset me so much except I HAD ALREADY PAID THE ROOM IN FULL. I don't care if the room sat empty all night. I paid for it, I can do what I want with it.

meeting husband.
For what I paid it was a great little hotel. It is in the middle of the truck.stops but as I was meeting my trucker husband it was great. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot. The heat worked, as it was freezing that night.

A Hotel Horror Movie
The headboard fell on me when I sat down on the bed, there were holes in the comforter, the sink faucet moved around, the toilet clunked back and forth when you sat down on it, the shower made a shrill noise, and our non-smoking room had obviously been smoked in. We won't be staying here again ever.

you get what you pay for.
This hotel was rated a 4 when I booked it. Now it is rated a 2. Misguided buy rating. Rooms offer bare essentials. Tv is small with damaged remote and kinsman are old and itchy. Pillows are flat and air conditioner came on whenever it felt like. The hotel grounds had no landscaping maintenance and hotel staff did not have a proffessional appearance. I definately would have paid extra for another hotel if the rating would have been accurate.
