"Breakfast service was excellent although the choice of continental is very limited and poorer quality products. The room was clean but very much in need of updating. The mechanical ventilation system makes the bathroom really quite cold and the towel rail was on fully. Love the hotel and staff and always a great vibe so none of this would put me off staying again but I’d love to see the rooms modernised. "Plenty of parking at front of hotel. Really helpful staff especially Jepson who sorted a ground floor room for me. Nice spacious clean comfortable room. Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish.
