Lively house keeper

We are not very good when booking in on line, we did fined it a bit stressfull. The house keeper was amzing with us, i would give her 10 out of 10. What a lovely women. Bed to soft for me, and no where to hang coats and clothing. Good location.

Property was good. Room clean, comfy bed only issue was the indians next door smelt very strong and our window didnt close - room 2. Other then that ideal for a night stay

The host was great, very welcoming and helpful, however the room was poor, the mattress was old and way to soft, tea or coffee stains around the skirting boards, fridge was dirty

Poor Hotel.

Very poor condition, Dirty brown stain on Mattress, poor condition over all all work done on cheap, but worse thing was it rained on our stay and i put my clean cloths on window bottom (no chairs in room) and it rained and water dripped down window blind on to my cloths, mainly ion my trousers, Will not be using this Hotel again.

I have never given a bad review for a room before but I’m sad to say I had to with this room. The room we were given was terrible, cold wooden floor, the room was dusty, full of cobwebs, holes in the walls, there was a towel stuffed in hole above the bathroom. The lamp didn’t work, there was muck and dust behind the bedside cabinets. The fridge was dirty, the toilet was dusty, there was skirting boards missing. Our room had a big glass block wall on one side which made us very uncomfortable as you could see through into another room. The only good thing was the beds which were comfortable. When entering the property it stunk of cigarettes which for non smokers is terrible, there was building supplies all over the place. Would never stay here again.

They did not give me the four digit code that opens the front door when I arrived as a result of that I stood in the cold when I returned from shopping calling reception to get the code there was a lady sitting smoking at the front she blew cigarette smoke in my face(I don’t know if it was intentional)while asking me why they didn’t give me a code but reception already picked my call while she was asking,after checking out I saw that same lady when I was about handing over the key downstairs I asked ‘do you work here’she didn’t answer she just nodded rudely,I gave her the key and I smiled and said goodbye she didn’t smile back she just murmured rudely as I was leaving,the room I stayed looked decent but there was a loud water pouring sound on the toilet,I was told the sound was as a result of people flushing their toilet upstairs so I hear the sound in my room when they flush,the main light didn’t work on the first night it worked on the second night and didn’t work on third night.The manager was quite friendly and he apologised about the loud water noise but the noise was disturbing and they should mention it on the add before people lodge in that room,and they should make the room more habitable by fixing the loud boiler noise and the light before the next person books that room
