  • #walkingwithdinosaurs - its an incredible show to see. The dinosaurs are very real looking and the narrator takes you on the journey back into time where you feel you are there. (an fantastic learning experience). Worth viewing but it is expensive. Our advice - look out for hot deals. We managed to get half price tickets. I would also recommend for ages 6+ . Found younger children may find it a little scary and it can be loud.

Perfect overnight stay

Only there for a night but it was everything we needed. Restaurants and bars downstairs that can also provide breakfast. (Try the Overtime cafe, it is great) Was a bit worried about the possible noise from the street but all was quiet. Would recommend to anyone.

Location was good with plenty of eateries within walking distance. Room was spacious for what we had. Not enough power outlets in the room or rather the set up of our room’s desk was on the complete opposite end of the power outlet.

All what I expected, had to call to get the codes as non came through by 2pm. Good location. Only recommendation is to re seal showers as current silicon is mouldy and gross. But happy with stay and would stay again

There was no tissue box in the room and one of the bed (Queen bed) mattress was very togh and uncomfortable (half bed, one out of two matresses, was aged and worn off, could feel the springs). Otherwise the studio was very clean and in central location.

Definitely not a good choice for families or the elderly. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. But all other aspects of this property were less than satisfactory for us. The front door code didn’t work so I had to phone to get a new code. The lift was out of order so access is up a very steep flight of stairs which was a real issue for my 93 year old mother. The apartments are above a restaurant precinct and the loud music from the bar below didn’t stop until 11.30pm on a Tuesday night.

Great location for an overnight in Newcastle. The room was very clean and comfortable, although the mattress wasn't as high quality as you'd expect. Linen etc was excellent.
