The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and appear old and worn, with little care or maintenance.
There is also a serious maintenance issue in the upstairs bathroom, with water leaking through the architrave. There is visible mould and rot, with pieces falling onto the floor.
To make matters worse, there were cockroaches upstairs as soon as we turned the lights off in the evening.
Parking is also a major issue. The driveway is very narrow, barely allowing one car in. The garage is extremely small — larger vehicles like a van or ute would struggle to fit. There is also no reliable street parking, as surrounding apartments take up most of the available space.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here. I suggest looking elsewhere.
