"Great hotel. Valet situation is tight but not the worst thing in the world considering it's in midtown Manhattan. That said, the valet staff was very kind and accommodating as were the other hotel staff. Great stay!!"

"The first room we checked into was disgustingly dirty. After sharing this with the front desk we were moved to a cleaner room. I was told I’d be given extra points for the inconvenience and I was not given any. The hotel location is great even if not very clean."
