"The hotel ammenities was great, clean and with a good smell. Our room doesnot have shower curtain, and was very small for 4 people. The hotel fee suppose to include several stuff that never happend or was included during the stay."

The Manhattan at Times Square
"The rooms were below Par, smelly, paints pealling of the walls in the room. No way of controlling the temp of Air conditioners in the room Only 02 Elevators working for the entire hotels leads to longer wait times for going to the rooms and going to the lobby."

"It was a good price and a good location. The room was a little decrepit, and there was no coffee available onsite. When I arrived there were no towels in my room, and the concierge didn't answer the desk phone. On my first day there my room wasn't cleaned, despite them telling me they cleaned ..."
