Hyatt Grand Central New York
I was expecting the worst with the number of bad reviews. Surprised with the rooms decor and the overall hotel. It’s modern and well kept. Typical NYC room size. Overall a nice experience and would stay again.

There is not enough staff for the number of customers in this hotel. Long waits in line to check in. Long lines and long waits over 30 minutes to check bags. Long lines and long waits over 30 min to retrieve bags.
