The staff was always incredibly attentive and made my stay worry free. Elevators was having issues at times but the internet was solid. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely stay here again.

The hotel room was quite worn and small - not like the photos at all! The windows felt so thin, we could hear beeping cars and banging bins all night long like they were inside our room. The staff were really nice, though, and the bar area is lovely. The car the hotel arranged to take us to the airport was really good - clean car and professional driver which was great.

This was my first time in NY, and found this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless and our view was decent. In our checkout day, it was raining really hard, but they offered us an umbrella to use! Would book again

Love this property! Wonderful staff, great location, close by good dining and theaters. Only complaint is they used to have coffee and continental breakfast included and since Hyatt bought they do not offer this.

I think sometimes having over produced photos online backfires— this is a small boutique hotel with small rooms and common spaces but portrays a different image online. Once I appreciate it for what it is, it’s great, but the bar, lobby, lounge, gym are all about half the size you think it is. I had a nice stay though!

The physical plant feels old and tired and, in a few corners, even a little gross. No soap available in the room and housekeeping knocked early even with the do not disturb button activated. Front desk staff were very nice but I wouldn’t go back.

The price was great for 2 nights in Times Square. Check in process was easy and got upgraded to a nice room. There were stains on the sheets and it showed free breakfast online upon booking, but we were told breakfast didnt come with our reservation. But they had free wine in the lobby in the evening.

Great location. Safe and quiet but close to Broadway shows and Times Square. All Staff interactions were great. Concierge kept bags when we arrived early and room was not ready. Concierge had great recs for food and gave great directions. Hotel kept bags on day of check out as well until we needed them at 6 pm.

Stayed here twice. Staff are great. Excellent location. Close enough to times square to be convenient but tucked into a side street that it's quiet enough to escape the hustle and bustle at night. Rooms are smaller than other hotels of same price and calibre and rooms are very very dark (paint and decor). Elevators are small and take forever to get to your floor. Wine and cheese hour is a very cool feature but would much rather have a coffee machine in my room.

We had an issue but it was quickly resolved by very helpful staff. The hotel is over all very cool and modern. There was noise from the hallway esp in the morning which was a bit disruptive when we were trying to sleep it. Our room was next to a utility closet and the opening and closing of that door by house keeping was really annoying. It was ok for what we paid for a 1 night stay.

Best location and comfortable room
The hotel location is just perfect - right next time time square and Broadway and walkable distance to a lot of the major attractions and restaurants we booked. The heater is so good which keep us warm during our stay during Christmas, bed is comfortable and room size is enough for us to lay out both of our big luggages. The only thing is that the washroom is lack of place to put your stuff, also the faucet in the shower is a bit difficult to use.

A night at the theater
Perfectly located for our stay. Only one block from subway. Staff was friendly and courteous and provided us with all the information regarding the hotel that we needed. In the heart of the theater district we enjoyed a quiet overnight sleep. Definitely would stay here again.

Quick holiday trip
I previously stayed at The Time prior to the last renovation. The rooms are okay and clean, although a bit drab, but the bed was comfortable which we needed after a day of walking the city. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the location is great. The only complaint would be the slight smell on our floor. At first I thought is was a commercial cleaner (bleach/disinfectant), but it lingered throughout our stay.
