"There us nothing about the hotel to like. Location is the only thing this hotel has going for it. The last time we stayed here we had to wait an hour to check in and never wanted to come back but did because of the price, but never again. I'd rather pay 1,000 more dollars to stay anywhere else. The elevators didn't work, only 2 out of about 12 did, and they were so jammed up and crowded we couldn't get on one when we checked in and were forced to climb seven flights of stairs with 4 bags of luggage and they didn't care. And they had a code on the stairwell and we had to have an employee unlock it after we told them we were using the stairs because they won't give you the code. They also make you pay 6 dollars a bag to hold before checking in and you can't use hotel credit on it or the gift shop for food. They also never called us about our room being ready because the employee typed in an extra number. The room was also in need of repairs and cleaning. Had to climb down the stairs as well to make a show because they didn't work again. The staff is rude and doesn't care about anything and won't fix any of their issues like their elevators. I'd rather stay in hell than here, the accommodations would be nicer."
