"Rooms are small, but that’s to be expected in New York. Clean, very friendly environment. Joe and Nelly were exceptionally kind and helpful. My son wanted to fly from Chicago to see The Yankees game, Times Square, Central Park, and Lady Liberty. It was a very quick 2 night trip and Row NYC surely served its purpose. Pretty much smack dab in the mix of shopping, restaurants, TS, and CP (just a few minutes-walk)…very easy access to subways for downtown activities as well. Ilforno Hell’s Kitchen directly across the street was also a really nice vibe. Grown and fun, yet family friendly. Good food. Great drinks. The night we went, there was 90’s RnB playing. Loved it."

"I booked my NY trip very last minute and picking out Pod Times Square was the best decision . The staff was very friendly and even upgraded my room for free . The room was also really clean and an overall nice environment in general . I’ll definitely come back here again next time I’m in New York !"

"Lovely clean room with a nice view very friendly and helpful staff a fantastic rooftop bar with great views of the empire state building and more great cocktails lovely restaurant with outdoor indoor seating nice little coffee shop selling croissants and treats location close to Times Square nice gym downstairs a nice hidden gem will definitely return"

"Was hoping for a view of Manhattan from our room but didn’t get one - room was a bit gloomy! But to make up for it they gave us use of the 16th floor hospitality which was nice of them."

"The location is close to the view of Time Square. The hotel offers 5 restaurants but they are all serving the same food for lunch and dinner they only have different restaurant names, the atmosphere is different pending on which restaurant you choose. The ice machine didn't work on my floor. It is in walking distance to Time Square or Broadway for a show. overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable"
