What was on offer did not match the price. No service, no breakfast, cheap linen, no blackout curtains, but price of a full service hotel.

We really liked the simple vibe that was created with mats and tea service and macrame wall hangings. We were disappointed that there were no reading lights available. Seems like a simple thing to add! Thanks!

The concept is very good but you must have doors with a lock on the sleeping pod. It's very dangerous to have another man in the same room who nobody knows because taking a copy of your license is not going to stop someone from harming another guest.

Siamo stati una notte in questo hotel. Il check-in remoto tramite il desk digitale situato al terzo piano è stato veloce. La camera è molto confortevole. Unico inconveniente è stato che l'aria condizionata non era sufficiente per raggiungere una temperatura fresca e allora l'operatrice del desk remoto ci ha fatto uno sconto. Molto apprezzato!

You need to know the pros and cons before booking this. This is a shared dorm in a hotel room. Great location, easy commute to anywhere in NYC. The hotel lobby is small but has a common dining area with seats and electric outlets where you can eat and work on your computers. Checking in and requesting towel changes are easy through the kiosk at the entrance of the shared room and both the remote staffs and the on-site hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is pretty hot in the summer. The central AC is set at 60F but not bringing the temperature down. There is an additional standing fan with water cooling in the room blowing some cool air, but that air blow is blocked when you close the pod curtain. There is an additional small fan in every pod which helps getting it comfortable enough to fall asleep on a 85-90F night. I try to spend most of my days outside and, when I have to work in the evenings, I go downstairs in the common dining area. The lockers are okay but the door of mine doesn't quite close well, yet not wide open enough for someone to take anything inside. The bathroom and shower is clean and nice. Overall a great stay for such a budget but you need to know how to fight with the heat.

AC was broken for all 3 nights, and the pods reached 84F. Got multiple heatstrokes.

I recently stayed at your property and, while the room initially had a nice setting and welcoming decor, my overall experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable. From the moment I checked in, I was hoping for a peaceful night’s rest before an early flight—but instead, the room was unbearably hot. The air conditioning was not working properly, and even after notifying a staff member—who attempted to troubleshoot it via FaceTime with someone else—the temperature remained at 77 degrees throughout the night. It never cooled down, and the heat made it extremely difficult to sleep. Worse, the lock on the room door was completely broken. I did not feel safe at all. I took a photo for documentation and had to barricade the door myself just to get through the night with some sense of security. I shared this issue with another staff member who said she would note it in the system and recommended that I write in as well. Unfortunately, I was too exhausted at that point, needing rest before travel. Additionally, there were only two towels in the room and no washcloths. The bare minimum for comfort and cleanliness was simply not met. The bathtub also posed a serious safety concern—it became dangerously slippery once soap was introduced. I nearly fell several times and had to take precautions during my next shower to avoid injury. This is a hazard that really needs to be addressed. I was a bit hesitant to book a shared space since this was a first for me however, the experience was great Cleanliness and security were excellent. Location good for a easy transit to Manhattan. My only concern is that if my roommate had not been as clean and did not abide to the rules, it could’ve been a lot different. Also, they now listing this as a mixed dorm and as a female, I’m not comfortable with that it was listed as a female women only dorm when I booked
