Not bad hotel when it comes to convenient to mostly everything. Only problem would say is elevator had a lot of issues and they only had one working one. TVs did not work during the whole stay nor did my fridge when looking out at the city windows they were very dirty could not take pictures nor enjoy the view. The guys they had standing out in front were extremely rude and made the entrance smell like smoke. I wish I really enjoyed my stay but I didn’t.

The room and location is very good but the staff is very rude and not cooperative. There were no towels in the room, when i asked they said you have to come and ask tomorrow for towels.. they dont give it at night. The elevator had some issue it was getting blocked multiple times and only 1 elevator was working there was no shower curtain in the toilet.we were 4 guests and I was traveling with my old parents and after a drive for 12hrs we could even shower after reaching the hotel.. there is a lot of scope for improvement specially with the staff training.. the major issue was there is no parking on site.

L hotel ha davvero grosse potenzialità, sia per la posizione che per la grandezza delle stanze, purtroppo è mal gestito non ha manutenzione ordinaria e non ha tecnici, il prezzo per la posizione è ottimo davvero niente da dire, se non avete grosse pretese le stanze son anche abbastanza pulite, note negative, i ragazzi della reception 3 asiatiche e un ragazzo di colore quando parli sembrano su un altro pianeta guardano nel vuoto e ogni tua richiesta cade nel dimenticatoio. tv mai funzionato 2 lampadine da cambiare porta rotta del bagno e bagnoschiuma inesistente abbiamo fatto le dovute richieste 3 giorni di fila poi ci siamo arresi, consiglierei al proprietario di assumere un manutentore e qualcuno di più sveglio alla reception e dare una rinfrescata alle stanze. Mediocre.

Room was spacious and Bed was comfy; Carpet was stained. Bag Hold came in handy since I arrived before check-in time; Check-In was awful (I was tired, someone jumped the line and I had to wait thru the drama), dude was not about Customer Service. Check out had a not too bad back up, but could have used a more productive extra employee. The price & location were great; Weird not having a keurig, TV, or water/ice available. I might stay again if my go to hotel is full now that I know to plan well and keep expectations lower.

I reserved my room weeks ago and paid in full. When i got to the hotel, they had no room for me and sent me to a different hotel that was extremely terrible and in a horrible location. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Staff was horrible and extremely rude. Would never recommend this to anyone and I will be expecting a full refund.

Filthy sheets, no towels in bathroom, no cleaning service despite being out of the room for 14 hours and putting the ‘service please’ sign on the door. Staff were rude to the point of being aggressive when asked for towels. I’d rather sleep on the street than cross the threshold of this awful place again.

The cable for all of the TVs are broken which I wasn’t informed of. When I went to go shower I had no shower curtain, I had to go to the front desk twice to ask for them to please bring me one and when they finally did she just handed it to me to hang up myself. The tub had a dirt ring around it from the previous persons bath water that I had to clean myself with my own cleaning products I brought. There was no house keeping, they said they do them every 3 days of a stay. I stayed for 4 days, Still got none.

Problems from start to finish. They try to charge exorbitant fees for everything, from storing luggage to checking in a little early. Plus, neither the TV nor the minibar worked in any of the rooms! There is no manager or anyone to complain to just a single person at the front desk 24 hours a day, none of whom provide good service. There was a long line for checkout because there was only one person handling check-ins, charging for luggage storage, and processing checkouts. A terrible experience. I will not be back.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido muy mala, por no decir desastrosa. Desde el primer momento tuvimos problemas: durante toda la estancia no nos proporcionaron llaves de la habitación, por lo que dependíamos constantemente del personal para que nos abrieran, algo totalmente incómodo e inaceptable. Las instalaciones dejaban mucho que desear: había malos olores en el baño, no teníamos mando para la televisión, y tanto el aire acondicionado como la calefacción no funcionaban. Esto hizo que la estancia fuera aún más desagradable. Uno de los puntos más graves fue la gestión de nuestro equipaje. Dejamos las maletas en recepción para que las guardaran y, al volver por la noche, las encontramos exactamente en el mismo sitio, en el lobby y sin ningún tipo de vigilancia. Podrían haber sido robadas fácilmente, lo cual demuestra una falta total de responsabilidad y seguridad por parte del hotel. Además, el trato del personal fue muy deficiente. Nos sentimos mal atendidos en todo momento, con una actitud poco profesional y nada resolutiva ante los problemas. En definitiva, una experiencia muy negativa. No recomendaríamos este hotel en absoluto.

The floor entering the room had something sticky all over it . We only had 2 bath towels for 3 people and apparently was a problem getting one more Asked for another towel on Friday and apparently that was a problem but finally got one brought to room The young lady at front desk with blonde hair was amazing though

Upon arrival, line of people standing waiting to check in and no receptionist came until about 15 mins later. We get to our room, AC unit looked like someone punched it and there was a heater in the room, therefore we had no AC at all. TV turned on but couldn’t watch anything because we needed to sign in and antenna wasn’t connected for live tv. Hallways were also filled with trash. Will not be coming back.

Shaking my head as I wonder where to begin. I think having 3 people in front of me in line with the same complaints of "My AC is broken, and the TV doesn't work" softened the blow for what was to come. My room had no central air conditioning, and instead had a portable unit that went from blowing cold air to hot air in 5 minutes. Thankfully the window opened and it was a bit colder overnight. And the TV did not work. (But who cares about watching TV in NYC?) The owner should be ashamed to put front desk staff in this position of facing justifiably angry customers. This was a horrible hotel.

If you can pay the extra to stay elsewhere do it. Since before I even arrived I called to ask questions about the property the lady told me “mam when you check in you can ask here in person I am busy I have a line of customers waiting to be checked in”. Got there got the room they charge a $75 Dollar fee (non refundable) and a $150 deposit. Got up to my room the room was 80 degrees it was really hot I told the front desk about it she said they would have someone come check it out. I left the room for a couple hours came back got hotter. I call downstairs they sent someone up who didn’t know what they were doing the thought I wasn’t “putting AC” the error on the screen said change filter. I complained they switched me rooms that took about a hr to get get to the next room same issue! No ac I asked if I could get a fan nothing. The whole trip the 3 nights I stayed was hot! And NY in those days were hoy as well so TERRIBLE. The lobby felt good and cold but only lobby. Out of the 3 days nobody came to do room service/ clean/ new towels nothing. A few other people there as I would leave the hotel I would see them at the front desk complaining. Lastnight I was there I called to see if they had a spare remote as my new room didn’t come with one since I got switched to wine down wanted to watch a little tv and I called the front desk I was told their tv wasn’t working at the times their channels/ cable and no extra remote. Lastly the room they moved me too was smaller!
