1st room was terrible. Michelle at the front desk made it right for us. She deserves 5 stars. Hotel needs an upgrade really bad. The elevator lobby was being worked on and it was a major inconvenience!!

The staff was super nice especially the lady who cleaned our room. As far as customer service goes, I am disappointed. Everything was great! Great location, easy to get to public transportation and Ferry. The wait for the elevator was the only drawback.
