This was only a few blocks away from Bourbon street and Armstrong park. St Ann street can be taken all the way to Jackson square. That being said it was fairly quite, it was a bit noisy for us due to our room being on the first floor and right at the front of the building. There wasn't a balcony or any real outdoor space to sit and enjoy. The room was spacious and clean. This was not staffed and you needed to call someone in from another property but it didn't take long for them to pop over. There was a water main break while we were there and they did a great job with notification and getting us bottled water.
