This hotel is on the border of the French Quarter. So you can easily walk to the French Quarter in under 10 minutes. The hotel is clean and safe. You need a key card to enter the building at night and to go up the elevators, so it is very safe. Breakfast is available for a fee in the lobby cafe. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially LaLa at the front desk!

Everything was great, but we did not have one of the days the room cleaned. It did not clearly stated that they do not have parking for the car, had to pay $30 daily for one nearby (not bad, but not included). The beds were not the newest or best, you kind off sunk in.

The property had a nice location for the price. That's a couple blocks off canal. Gave you street cars. Two more blocks down. Put you in the quarter. Convenient breakfast and late night spots close by..

The Hilton Canopy hotel was very nice! The front desk and room service personnels were on point! Darryl and Miss Lala were very friendly, professional and kind. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, but the surrounding areas were a bit dirty and filled with too many homeless people.

1. No the room did not feel neglected. 2. Staff at front desk was great. 3. but the guy who came up to get the heat started left and never came back to fix the problem. 4. Refrigerator cooler didn't work. 5. You only had 1(one) microwave for a 15 floor hotel that was an insult to me.
