โรงแรมและที่พักในนิว เฮย์

"Dear Management / Guest Relations Team, I am writing to formally log a serious complaint and request a full refund regarding my two-night stay in Room 624 at the Hampton by Hilton Rochdale (October 15 to October 17, 2026). I paid a total of £163 for the room, plus additional parking charges of £5 per day. Having completed 12 days of hard work, I booked this stay specifically looking for a peaceful environment to rest and sleep. Instead, the accommodation and service experienced fell...

"Great value and good breakfast"

"Staff were wonderful"

"The staff were absolutely lovely BUT I booked this hotel for the night as I need to get some work done and it turns out their WiFi wasn’t working because a gardener trimmed through the wire? So it defeated the object of why I was staying. Then when I wanted to sleep I had both rooms either side with their TV on full blast (fire alarm went off around 10pm too). Woke up with a terrible headache and no work done… so not a successful stay sadly."

"Modern clean room. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Handy for tram to Etihad, Coop Live or into Manchester centre."

"Great stay the hotel has an excellent atmosphere. Staff weee extremely helpful and always happy to assist where they could. Food in the restaurant at night was superb as was the full emglybreakfast. Rooms are small but functional but clean and all that you need. Bed was comfortable shower was great."

"Great - clean and not too far in a taxi from Sowerby Bridge (steep incline if walking!)"

"The staff here are lovely and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location ideal for accessing the Co-op Live arena. The reason I only gave it 3 stars was because the air con/heater unit in my room was rattling, clicking and banging all night. Tried switching it off but it just kept rattling anyway and it was too cold not to have the heating on. I barely slept, horrendous night. I told the guy at the desk when I checked out, received an apology and a promise to get maintenance...

"Great location, with lovely views over the surrounding moors. Excellent range of food and wines very reasonably priced. Bed room was spacious and spotless clean. Will return in the future for sure."

"This was an amazing stay with wonderful staff and good ambience. Young people or under 50s will really enjoy it. I was not able to maximise my enjoyment because there was no kettle for tea or coffee in the room. Though there is complimentary unlimited drinks in the foyer. You have to come down from your room. That's a No no in my sixties... otherwise I would be back ten times and over"

"Room was excellent. Breakfast first class, great selection & quality of food. Used Woodland Spa & ate in hotel restaurant as extras, very impressed with total experience"

"Mainly clean Ideal location. Friendly staff."
