"What a great place - even with the renovation! The staff were outstanding. Whether checking in, heading out, helping with something or in the Celon, the staff could not have been more impressive. We are definitely coming back!"

"The location was great. Good size room for NYC. It was quiet. Has a cute bar. Would definitely stay here again."

"Professional and friendly staff. Hotel is conveniently located - close to time square and Bryant park. Restaurant was a great option after a long day."

"Love everything about this hotel. Rooms to amenities! Staff is amazing as well."

"Our first time at this location. Celebrated my son’s birthday. A few cupcakes were delivered to our room as a celebration gesture from the hotel. Staff is professional and experienced with their tasks. Definitely plan on staying here again."

"All staff to whom I came in contact were outstanding. Front desk check in, room staff, bartenders, checkout all great; friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Access to subway was less than 50 feet from the front entrance."

The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent. We will be delighted to stay at...

"The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but we were a party of four and felt perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, definitely worth it. The location is another huge plus. It's within walking distance of Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Rockefeller Center. If you don't mind walking a little farther, you can even make it to Hudson Yards. The staff was incredibly friendly,...

"Fantastic hotel and location. Rooms very quiet. Superbly clean. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant to be able to leave suitcases all day and get a shower in the complementary shower rooms after check out. Only slight negative is it took a while to navigate the lifts in a morning with people going to breakfast. Would definitely recommend."

"Hotel is so close to the travel spots-mid town. Breakfast was great. and staff (Jorge) is so nice, active and helpful"
