"We arrived @0430, staff were generous with helping us w bags and walked us to our room--tired. We stayed in Honeymoon suite, Jacuzzi/Shower great, spacious, AirCon worked well, comfy bed. Breakfast was a blend of local fare and European, sweets were made by staff. "

"Hotel full facility. Indoor swiming pool, spa, sauna. The location very perfect viewpoint and very quite. Not far from the center (walk 5-8min). Can see the ballon at the resturant balcony. Breakfast provide very selection. ที่พักดีมาก ห้องสะอาด ตกแต่งสวย โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่เห็นวิวบอลลูน และเทือกเขาดีมากๆ เงียบสงบไม่พลุกพล่าน เดิน5-8นาทีถึงก็ใจกลางเมือง อาหารเช้ามาให้เลือกมากๆ(ไม่น่าจะถูกปากคนไทยนัก แต่ก็คุ้มดี) มีสปา สระว่ายน้ำควบคุมอุณหภูมิ ห้องซาวน่า ที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง "

"The location was great , service was good but room was not as expected . It was big room but bathroom was dirty and shower door was leaking water out so it stayed wet . There were bulbs missing in the room which made it dark in the room ,the staff was helpful . "
