I stayed here with my husband & toddler. My experience was amazing. Place was very clean, staff was very friendly and helping. Alhumdulillah the place was a hot spot to travel to and from activities. Inside the room can get abit dusty because it’s a cave and made from clay but that is expected since it’s a cave house.

Wonderful hospitality

The stay at ennar was exceptional not only for the extraordinary hotel structure and beautiful scenery but also for the warm hospitality and unconditional love that we received from the whole staff Hami is a wonderful owner, he greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome at 2:30 am and told ys to make ourselves at home not a hotel and we really felt like home and booked another night

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Cappadocia Staying in a cave hotel in Cappadocia was an experience like no other. Beautiful small hotel. Naturally shaped caves makes unique atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Downsides: air-condition didn't work properly, this was reported and we were promised, it will be fixed but it wasn't until we left. Hotel is located in a small village, away from all main atractions, restaurants, nowhere to go in the evening. Therefore car rental is essential.We stayed in this place 4 days, although breakfast is served from local products which is a huge benefit, portions are small and same breakfast is served every day. Very boring. Water in swimmin pool wasn't clean. This small hotel has potential however some improvements needs to be considered.

The accommodation was lovely and is in a good location for seeing the nearby sights, however the town around the hotel is pretty quiet. We booked a tour with the hotel which was very overpriced for what it was, we were sold a tour but actually we just got drove round and walked by ourselves round the locations. We also paid more to include all the ticket fees but no places we went to charged entry. They also tried to charge us €20 for an airport transfer when there is a shuttle that charges €3. They also stated that they charged €120 for a balloon ride so don’t let them overcharge you for that either if you choose to book with them. Overall nice rooms and setting but being overcharged and over sold for the tour tainted our experience.
