"This is potentially a perfect place to stop over. Close to the motorway and close to the beautiful town of St.Flour. But we were sold a breakfast on arrival and no one turned up to prepare it until 8:10 by which time many guests were leaving annoyed that they had not had breakfast and were now late to start their journey. "The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise...

"We had a one night stay and we would stay in this hotel again! What a great find! Cute room and perfect for a family. Kids enjoyed the pool. The facilities in the room were great: shower over bath, separate toilet, mini fridge, shutters. Lovely and clean. Lovely view.
