It needs an urgent rennovation and repair. Otherwise it will cost cityloft a good deal of clients. Air condition was only in the bedroom section nothing in the living room section, lighting was depressive, bathroom in dire need of renewing and enlargement. "

The building is run down, the elevators don’t work, and the rooms are nothing like the photos. It is unsafe, dirty, and completely misrepresented. On top of that, when I challenged the charges for a stay I never completed, they tried to twist the story and claim I had used the room in full. They provide misleading and false information to cover themselves instead of addressing their terrible conditions and lack of service. This is not just bad hospitality — it’s fraud.
