Great room with lovely view to front. There was a noisy disco in the road, luckily didn’t have to get up early as went on till 11 and was loud! Hotel might want to warn if these events are scheduled. Not many restaurants in the area and all but the fifth and last one managed to fit us in. Was a Friday night so might be worth booking a table ahead if staying here.

Halte agréable

Sur le chemin du retour de nos vacances, nous avons fait étape à proximité de Montluçon en séjournant une nuit à l’hôtel Mona Lisa – Noemys Néris-les-Bains. Les chiens y sont acceptés (9 € par nuit), ce qui est appréciable. En revanche, ils ne sont pas admis dans la salle de restauration où est servi le petit-déjeuner. L’équipe, très arrangeante, nous a permis de nous servir au buffet et d’emporter notre petit-déjeuner en chambre afin que notre chien ne reste pas seul : une attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, juste en face du casino, avec des places de stationnement disponibles dans la rue. La chambre, suffisamment spacieuse pour être à l’aise, bénéficiait d’une bonne isolation phonique : bien que donnant sur la rue, nous n’avons pas été gênés par le bruit, alors même que nous y sommes sensibles. Seul petit bémol, un problème d’humidité dans la salle de bain provoquait un décollement de peinture au plafond, sans conséquence sur le confort du séjour mais visuellement à améliorer. Dans l’ensemble, une halte agréable et pratique, avec un bon accueil et une chambre confortable.

Bon accueil dans un hôtel propre mais un peu défraîchi. Séjour d’une nuit avec dîner correct sur place. Idéalement situé face aux théâtre et au casino. Le quartier est calme et très agréable.

Très bien .. bon accueil

Accueil très agréable que ce soit à l'arrivée mardi soir qu'au départ mercredi matin. Sourire et gentillesse. Chambre très propre. Un petit changement d'oreillers serait bienvenue.. la SDB date . Pas facile une baignoire sans rideaux pour éviter d'inonder. Mais rien de grave. Car bon séjour.

Bel hôtel dans petite station thermale. Chambres face au parc et au casino et confortables. Très calme, très bon accueil. Parking sur rue peu passante gratuit, c'est le long de l’hôtel. Parfait. Bon petit restaurant dans l’hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner. Troisième passage entre Grenoble et Rouen. Et sans doute d'autres à venir.

Personnel très accueillant et chambre familiale parfaite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants avec 2 vraies chambres communiquant par un SAS avec petit coin cuisine. Bon petit déjeuner également. Parking très facile dans la rue au pied de l'hôtel. Certes l'hôtel mériterait peut être un petit rafraîchissement mais le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

Etape très calme

Hotel en plein centre face au casino. Chambre très confortable mais difficulté d'arrivée de l'eau chaude à la SDB, en raison de problème dans l'installation de tuyauterie, qui a été résolue tout de même. Petit déjeuner buffet sympathique et copieux. Un dimanche soir il n'y avait qu'un seul restaurant d'ouvert dans la station thermale.
