"Bare bones, uncomfortable, loud. I’d imagine most people book this hotel for the kitchenette convenience. No pans, utensils, paper towels, or even second roll of toilet paper in the room. You hear everything- your neighbors on both sides, the people above you and in the hallways from dusk to dawn. Poor ventilation and stuffy. Great location to Arches and Canyonlands. Friendly front desk staff at check in. “We are away from the desk” sign is up majority of the time without anyone present. Wish we booked at MainStays or Marriott for the price. Would not book again. "The location, breakfast and pool were all good. I was very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel room and the housekeeping service. When I went into the room I spilled some water and wiped it up and the white towel turned black from the dirty floor. When i asked for the room to be mopped, i was told yes, but that the floors were always dirty. The second thing is that housekeeping did not make up the rooms when we went out. They only change the towels and collect the trash. The beds are not made. I've never been to a hotel that doesn't make the beds. "

"Rooms, pools, staff were wonderful. Hotel is only 10 minutes from downtown Moab. The red rock backdrop is so beautiful. Didn't want to leave the beautiful view. Colorado river right behind hotel. "
