"The staff here was great, very friendly, and helpful. It seems like they are in the process of updating some of the rooms, but the elevator is in definite need of repairs, as there is a huge crack in the floor. The central location of this hotel is great, as it is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants downtown. The pool, hot tub, and sauna are nice, but there were shallow pools of water that were filled with dirt in the pool area. At first we thought they were mold but realized later it was dirt when the water dried up."
