Clean room, but very cold outside air leaking into the room around the base of the heating unit. Would be nice to have a soda vending machine. Staff and bartenders were professional and efficient. Elevator is in rough shape. Could use new flooring and a coat of paint. Also, since our room was directly adjacent to the elevator, you could hear it through the wall.

The Ramada Inn is a great place to stay. The staff and resturarant are excellent. The hotel has started to make improvements to the physical appearence on the interior and exterior.

The newly remodeled bar/restaurant is beautiful! Unfortunately everything else is very outdated. I hope there are plans to continue with remodeling/updating the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Marquette.

The lady who checked us in was one of the best ever. Very positive. Told us what to expect about the condition of the property and the planned renovations. Told us about the restaurant and the great menu. Sold us on breakfast. She is a real valuable asset.

Clean rooms and convenient location to the harbor but it is located very close to a warming center with a lot of idle men milling about. I asked the front desk if my bicycle would be safe if I left it outside and they advised to bring it in the room.
