"Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. "One of the best spas I have visited. This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year"

"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "Entrance to the hotel difficult to find. Clean and friendly staff. Room was nothing like the ones advertised probably because we had our dog with us. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"This was a great surprise, expected a normal room over a pub but was amazed on being shown the room, it was a huge apartment with large living room with kitchen area, huge bedroom and bed, toilet had a jacuzzi and separate walk in shower. Public car park outside which is £3 from 5pm to 9am! "

"Excellent stay. Staff were superb along with the food and drink on offer. Maybe some healthier options would be a suggestion, plus the heating was constantly on full through the building. Money saving opportunity here. Definitely recommend."

"Parking is very easy and so was check in. The Townhouse although in a central location was quiet. The hotel was clean, and staff very friendly, but would benefit from some updating. The shower in room 9 lost pressure after a few minutes. I asked Expedia to find out if breakfast was available but they could not get an answer and just referred me to the description which says it is. However when we checked in we were told it is not, there is cafe nearby that does it and opens early but the advert...
