"We had a lovely stay. Much nicer than the pictures showed, very clean and modern, and always felt safe. Very convenient, about 5-7 mins walking to catch the tram which was about 15 mins to city center or 30 mins to outlying neighborhoods. We ate the buffet breakfast 1 morning and it was delicious. The only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice to have apps available on the TV so we could login to Netflix, or even access the tv guide to find movies. "We stayed as a family in two separate rooms. One was a junior suite on the corner, which was exceptional and worth the up charge. We chose this hotel for the spa as our 16-year-old son was in a tournament and we thought needed those type of facilities. The issue was they did not let him in because he was not 18! Ridiculous to have a pool that kids can’t use. There also seemed to be no available services at the spa either so don’t choose this hotel based on the spa. We went elsewhere for...

"The staff were pleasant and professional. Loved my twin bed room. It was similar to a studio apartment. The lounge and restaurant area was spacious and very nice. Free shuttle service from and to Schipol airport was a big plus. I would stay here again."

"Eenpersoonskamer was ok maar klein. Hoofdde erg dichtbij de gang en gehorig. Was gelukkig niet druk. Nespresso apparaat deed het niet. Bij uitchecken dit gemeld. Vroegen niet, omdat het vroeg was en ik geen tijd voor ontbijt of ik misschien zin had in koffie. Extra’s op de kamer: sober. Zeeppomp bij de kraan werkte niet. Deze gebruikt van de douche. "

"Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Absolutely stunning decor, we had a junoir suite with a view of the IJ and it was perfect. Also had a little welcome gift from the staff for our anniversary waiting for us in the room. The hotel was walking distance to tram and bus stops to get around all of the city. The hotel was quiet enough but also bustling enough in tbe bar at night time. Staff puldnt do enough for you. We will definitely be back!"
