"This hotel has a great location within walking distance to much of what I wanted to see. Most importantly, I could walk to the central train station to catch trains to other countries. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. I wouldn't call the breakfast fabulous, but it is certainly well done and met my needs nicely. I was upgraded from a single to a double, and, unfortunately, even the double is pretty small. Two tiny beds in a very small room. The bathroom is functional, but that's the best I can say about it. One of the nicest things was that I could open the windows. I was there in April, and the heat was on, so the fresh air helped a lot. Rooms were cleaned daily without even asking. Very quiet. Only one elevator, which did not turn out to be a problem for me. I'm glad I made this choice, rather than the other options I had in mind, primarily because of the location."

"I was shocked to be charged 10 euros per day for internet in the room. There was no mention of this on Expedia. I was not told of this charge until check-out, so there was no option. One concierge was nice and helpful, another we dealt with was not. Her response to our question on how to get to a train station was just take a taxi. Not helpful."

"Minuscule basement room"

"front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. we stayed in a quad room. was comfortable and enough space. elevator worked, and location was perfect. love the free coffee machine in the lobby. thanks!"

"The location was excellent; it was perfectly situated near the museums, transportation, park, and cafes. The room was nice, the breakfast was nice, and the staff were always very polite and helpful. The window for our room faced the beautiful picturesque street. The only drawback was that we were there in April while school was still in session. There are (at least) two elementary schools just steps away from the hotel - one literally next door. The classes take shifts playing outside. From 8:30am to 6:00pm, there was the constant sound of children playing. For me, not a bad sound at all; it was just really loud. Also, since this is a small hotel, you can hear the conversations from the rooms next door, people in the hallway, and people in the elevator. People usually caught on pretty quick that you need to whisper. We were there for over a week, so we had plenty of opportunity to catch on to the rhythm of things. All things considered, the location sold it for us. We'd stay there again."

"The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood very close to the bus and tram and many of the best museums. Very walkable and safe, especially as a solo traveler. The rooms are quite small, showers even smaller! Cold breakfast was easy, pre-book to save. Staff was helpful "
