"What I like about staying in a small personal business is the feeling of home, a genuine welcome, and a sincere personal touch. The owner (s) greeted us warmly, insisted on carrying my heavy bag, led us to a small but comfortable room with an individual bathroom and a very comfortable fresh smelling bed. There was a framed part of Greensboro history to which our room was dedicated. The owner made us a delicious breakfast of fresh fruit, French toast, an omelet and coffee and sent us off with snacks for the road. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay!! Note: the house is old and homelike so may not be for everyone."

"It’s an old outdated hotel. Dirty water stained bathrooms, rust around fixtures, flushing of the toilet was a hot mess. Beds were not comfortable. Front desk lady was talking not very nice about the gentleman who booked our stay. Not a very good experience all around to say the least. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. We must have been next to a smoking room because we could smell smoke when we walked in. There were some flower beds with no flowers. BUT overall it was a good stay because the room had a sofa and we found some good shows to watch. The bed was also comfortable."

"Parking was ok. Breakfast was same as any Hilton. Too loud for breakfast area and not enougn seats for weekend. "

"Perfect location, as you can walk to all of the fun things but also you're a little detached from it which is nice to not be among all the noise at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is a bit small especially for a room with 2 queen beds so potentially 4 people sharing it. Overall, a really positive experience."
