It is a decent hotel that I always stay and I always got nice welcome message from A.FO Mgr and I needed my white shirt that had stain on it in an hour and they made it happen. Wonderful housekeeping team.. never gonna forget. Thank you all from MGallery.

Not bad, but perhaps you may like to look around

I recently spent 3 nights at 'The Lake Garden', Nay Pyi Taw (M-Gallery Collection) for work related reasons. The hotel itself is pleasant and the surroundings beautiful, however some of the staff I had interactions with were unable to understand basic English which made ordering food, changing money, directions to land marks etc. difficult. (although there is not much to see in Nay Pyi Taw itself) With reference to the hotel room itself (Deluxe Suite - Balcony) it was a decent size, though the pillows are HARD...., the Air-con did not work despite repeated requests for a tech to deal with the issue, the complimentary sugar snacks left as a gift on the coffee table, along with the fruit bowl appeared like they had been sitting there for sometime. (they were also not changed while I was there). There are also mozzies in the rooms, plenty of those which will no doubt keep you awake. The hot water also takes sometime to kick in, so be patient. The breakfast is good though, and try the Italian restaurant in the hotel which serves great pizza's and plenty of cold local beer.

Excellent hotel!

M gallery surpassed all expectations. From entering the hotel the service was attentive. Plenty of international papers in the lobby to keep you busy. The room was extremely comfortable. Enjoyed all the facilities, very nice gym in particular. Plenty of nice restaurants on site. Particularly enjoyed the $20 shared local meal. One of the best things I've eaten in Myanmar. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Maintenance - weakest link.

Overall it was a good stay. The meals and service at this hotel were good however I was not impressed by the stained bathroom tiles and deteriorating condition of the building (Hanthawaddy) I stayed in. You could see signs of roof and wall leakage in the common areas of the building. The safe in the room was faulty although it was replaced upon request. This establishment is good however the more effort needs to be done to ensure that the facilities are maintained well.

Very nice service, confortable and laxurious stay. Location is (as is the case of most hotels in Nay Pyi Taw) away from urban area. Italian restaurant is good.

Agreeable and enjoyable stay ina new Area

It was amazing for an activity within shiort time. With friendly and helpfull staffs from the picking up at the aurport to warm reception, good food, choice at breakfast and meal. A "balcony" at ground floor is a bit funy but enjoyable. Location is a consequence of new developed area, far from the other activities like shopibg etc

Nice hotel and relax environment

The hotel allow to relax your mind by spending time in the pool or getting some food and beers in the bar. Breakfast had enought variety in order to choose from only vegetable, american style, breads or myanmar.

Tolles Hotel zum Super Preis

Das Zimmer war sehr modern mit zwei sehr großen Einzelbetten. Die Matratzen waren super bequem. Die Klimaanlage war kaum zu hören. Es waren alle Toilettenartikel vorhanden. Das Frühstück war super lecker mit extra Omlett Station. Einziges Manko war der etwas abgelegene Pool, der jedoch extrem groß ist. Die Poolzeit war nur bis 17:00 Uhr. Für uns war der Pool bei der Ankunft somit schon geschlossen.

Nicest and best value hotel of my trip to Myanmar

Almost everything about this hotel was great - the hospitality, the facilities, the service, the room. My only criticism was that the food in the restaurant was seriously overpriced given what I've come to expect from Myanmar restaurants, and without alternatives within walking distance, this left no choice but to pay out for this extra and unexpected expense.
