"Room was decorated nicely, AC worked good in the room mattress was very com fortable and the bed linens were nice. On the negative side the TV could not be adjusted for volume. Only the one remote controlled the TV and it had no sound button on it. the volume was so low you might as well had it on mute. Also the shower had mostly hot, hot water and that could not be adjusted properly. You almost had to totally turn it of to get a tolerable level of heat and that slowed the stream down greatly....

"Everything was great bed was comfortable and although I didn’t use the kitchen facilities , it was a nice touch for a longer stay . My only negative was you could hear the cars on the roadway nearby otherwise I was pleased with my stay . It felt safe and secure ."

"The staff were helpful! Contactless Check in was great. I checked in after hours ( 10:30pm). Rooms were clean and updated. Area was pretty quiet. Close to boardwalk."

"Friendly staff and excellent location near the boardwalk."

"Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. "

"Our stay was good, I wish there was another elevator on the beach front area...we have to walk a long distance to get to our room. Room was clean, weather was not good so we stay mostly in the room relaxing. But they have a nice set up, the pool looks great, the hot tub was cool too. The only downside to our stay was our room door wasn't working properly, my husband had to lift the door in order to close it. Other than that we liked the hotel."

"My biggest complaint is the incorrect description of the room. While I booked the room with the ocean view, I only got partial view of the ocean, as my balcony was facing their parking lot. Musty odor in the room. There is a coffee maker, but no coffee pods. Towels were very rough. Check in was also problematic. The location is great though. The bed was comfortable."

"Great location, affordable, great staff, clean pool, allows dogs (all rooms have tile floors)—I didn’t bring a dog but I met a few who were staying there. Excellent BYO Mexican food across the street. So close to the boardwalk you can hear “watch the tram car please” and other announcements"

"I stayed off Season so pool and hot tub was not opened yet. It’s an older Hotel and looks like some things still need repairs. But all in all it offers what you need for your stay. The staff was friendly, gave me a nice tray with two feeding bowls , a treat and a collapsible bowl to keep for my dog. They also give you a list of Pet Friendly places you can go eat at. My only complaint was i had noisy neighbors in the room next to me which made it really hard for me to get any sleep at night. "

"we were about two maybe 3 blocks from the boardwalk. it was very quiet and had a very nice pool. check in was easy and our room was right across from the pool. i have been going to wildwood for about 23/24 years and it’s my home away from home"

"The Paradise Oceanfront was the closest to Cape May for a 3-day birding outing. Very clean, partial ocean view, quiet, professional and very courteous reception staff. It had everything I needed (except for coffee in the room)."
