"I don't have time but let's just say this. If somebody's coming with a pet don't have them stay in a room that they have to go up a flight of stairs! Also if you're answering the phone and making a phone call ask the person if they can even walk up a flight of stairs for God sakes. Also if the person has never even been to have brochures have everything available don't you say oh you can call me because you're not even there all the time. When the person checks in you have a code but guess what if the person loses their phone they don't know the code to get in their own room that's ridiculous! Sometimes people forget to bring their phone sometimes people leave it somewhere and if that's the case then they can't get in their room did you ever think about that no start thinking and this is the only social media platform I will be responding to I don't have time and I will never go back not only to your place but to Cape May. I have never once in my life couldn't wait to leave what I thought would be a little vacation a break from my life and return to my house. "Room was clean and comfortable. We booked a partial ocean view, but it was right by the bar so we couldn’t keep the curtains open, definitely not what we expected from the description. The hallway also wasn’t great, when we arrived, there was a big trash bag outside another room we had to step over. Not the best first impression at all."
