"Do not book a room in this hotel! They will double book your room and send you to another hotel 30 min away. The room was paid for and when my mother arrived to try and rest before an international flight the next morning, she was notified that her room was unavailable and that she would be sent to another hotel. She waited 2 hours and had to pay for the transport arranged by the hotel. Unacceptable treatment of guests, was our experience. Never booking here again."

"Die Zimmer sind leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hellhörig. Der Spa Bereich kostet 10€ extra und der Jacuzzi war leider kaputt, als wir da waren. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen, aber auch hier kosten Capucchino & co extra. Für eine Nacht in der Nähe des Flughafens ok."

"The hotel is nice with a great location. However, black mold was all over the bathroom ceiling. I informed the front desk. When it was time to leave, we kindly asked if we could use a luggage cart to bring our luggage down. The front desk told us we were not allowed to personally use the carts and they would send someone up with it. The person never came and when we asked about it the person at the front desk claimed someone knocked and no one answered. We were in the room waiting the entire...
