"Great"

"Location is great. Rooms are worn-out, dark and very dusty. However, the bathroom is spacious and clean. Service at breakfast is not professional. They were lots of customers during our stay each morning and the staffs at Bridges restaurant told us that they couldn't handle with the large number of people since there wasn't enough of them. Service was very slow and unorganised. Overall, I think the hotel services and standard doesn't match with the price tag."

"Amazing place in every way."

"Our concierge Shannon was very helpful and very welcoming to a first time visitor to Amsterdam."

"Very tiny room but in a nice position. They could have more hangers/shelves to make it more practical to put clothes"

"Unique, cozy hotel in a great location for walking to the major tourist locations and museums. We really enjoyed our stay . Breakfast was delicious and it was fun be able to have a drink at the bar downstairs in the evening. The cocktail menu was very creative and fun."

"Well maintained and luxurious hotel. Excellent location and staff were pleasant and helpful."

"Check-in and check out is a really painful process, but other than that, it’s all very good"

"The staff members were amazing and extremely helpful from the moment we walked in. I was provided with the options for an early check in which helped out tremendously after having a long sleepless commute from Paris. The room was clean. We were within walking distance of almost everything. But why walk when we are in the bike riding capital. Which is why it was quite awesome that they have their very own bikes available for rent. Breakfast was provided and was very good. On weekends, you can...

"This property was great. Location was perfect. The staff are really friendly. Only con to this property would be that it’s near some bars & clubs and gets really loud at night. They do have ear plugs there for you to use though."
