"The team here is fantastic! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and genuinely helpful. It made such a difference after a long day exploring Mexico City."

"Where to start. The room was kept up by Alcantara ( Lupita ) she was awesome. The receptionist that we saw the most was Fernanda, she helped out a lot and of course the waiters at the 7th floor (breakfast) Alejandra, Luis and Emiliano did great. The 6th floor ( BZ ) Miguel Angel and Benjamin did fantabulous. Thank you we felt at home."

"STAY AWAY from this hotel. The management is absolutely horrible. We have a group of 11 people staying here this past weekend. "I had a wonderful stay at Gran Hotel in Mexico City! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Everyone was attentive and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The excellent cleanliness and warm hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!"

"Excellent Hotel"

"Excelente ubicación y comfort en las habitaciones"

"Es una lástima que la alberca no esté climatizada porque todo lo demás es excelente, en el baño puedes necesitar donde poner o colgar cosas pero es manejable"

"The Location is Great close to All major Attractions and very Secure areas"

"Clean, easy access to everything and 6 min away walk to Zocalo"

That part was fine. What stood out more was the general feeling from the staff throughout my visit: it often felt like they didn't really want to be there, and not one of them ever introduced themselves by name, so I can't single anyone out good or bad. I went up to the rooftop bar a couple of times at night, and...
