"Very clean hotel, great staff, great location. Absolutely loved the onsen and breakfast buffet. Hotel was able to hold our luggage for us after we checked out until our flight later in the afternoon. Would definitely stay again!"

"Rooms typical size, but amenities and location makes up for this. Great location close to Tokyo Station - an easy 3 min walk. Bed very comfortable I missed out on the fluffy pillows so had an interesting nights sleep on what I think was a rice or sack of beads? But overall one of the better located and overall hotels that I have stayed at near Tokyo station. Tokyo is usually only a very brief stopover en route to the snow and Super Hotel was great for this!"
"Clean. Close to everything. Staff were kind. It's kids friendly. They offer a cute kids set with kids sized slippers at check-in. Also appreciated the later checkout time (even though we weren't able to enjoy it). Would 100% stay here again. "
"Great location, walking distance to Ginza and Tokyo station. A lot of restaurants, cafe, 7-11 nearby. Quiet area and safe. Hotel just in front of Kyobashi Station. Highly recommended. "
