"he told us it was not a 5 star hotel, what did we expect? there was trash and dirty lindens everywhere"

"We ordered a suite but got a different room. There is no hair dryer in the bathroom. Random stains on the mattress and the couch. And each time we left the room the room cards would demagnetize. I haven’t had this issue so frequently at other hotels. Walls have no soundproofing , would clearly hear every conversation happening in the hallway. Tv service was great, staff were quick to help."

"Seen four spiders crawling around in the morning when I was getting ready to leave. Stuff real dusty. Not clean. "

"Rooms and accommodation were great. Staff was great only issue was bartenders in restaurants blew us off every time we went up to the bar to spend plenty of money as we did over the 4 days we were there. To the point we ordered pizza from somewhere else to be delivered to patio. All other staff was great. Very polite and accommodating. We loved the atmosphere and set up. Great concept. Hope to visit soon again. "
