"todo espectacular!!!!!"

"Great place"

"Outstanding breakfast"

"Me and my friend stayed for a weekend and it was very pleasant, our bed was made every day and bins cleaned, the breakfast was a delight with many options and the room was brilliant I’d absolutely return here again, thank you!"

"good"

"Café da manha bem regional. Equipe de funcionários excelente. Hotel bem localizado."

"Place is ok. Some staff are great. Speaking English I found it hard to navigate even using translation app. Could be cleaner. Lots of excuses from the owner. Could be a great place with minor changes. Over all not a bad place"

Assim como várias partes do hotel. Só havia 1 elevador funcionando. Equipes incansáveis de limpeza, organizacao e atendimento. Refeições variadas e fartas. Além de muita qualidade. Atendendo a diversos públicos. Piscinas diversas. Excelente opção para família."

"Excelente! Ótima acomodação"

"I don't speak Portuguese, and as a Japanese traveler, English is my second language. Only one member of the staff spoke English, so communicating with the other staff was sometimes a little challenging. Nevertheless, everyone was kind, and their service was prompt and excellent. They did their best to help me despite the language barrier, and I really appreciated their hospitality."

"The hotel staff seemed unable to remain calm when communicating in English with guests who did not fully understand them, which led to several misunderstandings. In one incident, a staff member shouted at me to come back and continue talking to him. He also slapped his hand loudly on the table in a way that I found intimidating and unprofessional. I requested to speak with the manager to discuss the situation, but my request was denied."
