"Our car was parked in the locked, secured parking garage unfortunately it was broken into, and our passports were stolen during our stay. Otherwise it is a decent downtown hotel and crime is outside of the control of each individual hotel and I do not blame them however, I do not believe a five star would be warranted since security was not on site or present."

It was also quite noisy from doors from other suites slamming closed at all hours. My toilet seat kept sliding to one side too. Food was way too expensive. Not what I would expect from a luxury hotel. "
