A Memorable Experience

This ryokan is in a beautiful location. Mr. Toshi went above and beyond to provide us excellent hospitality, a meal, and even showed us around Shiobara region and drove us to our bus stop. He was so helpful and caring to my family. The food, onsen, and rooms are wonderful.

Great discovery

Great place, very comfortable, privileged location in a quiet and scenic corner of the hot spring resort town. The outdoor hot spring bath has a great view. Owners are very friendly and helpful, they know the area well.

静かで、年配の私たちにはゆっくり出来ました。お料理も気配りがあり美味しくいただきました。機会があれば又伺いたいです。但し露天風呂のひとつが使用禁止はいいのですがのぞいてみたら、鳥の羽が浮いていたり😂ここはなんとか対処して欲しいです。

Very beautiful location during autumn with a mountain view and waterfall. Was surprised to see many animals and staff were very casual/friendly. The hot springs was very simple and not good as expected.

素泊まりで泊まりましたが 晩御飯を買いに 近くにコンビニはありますが 歩いて行くには、少し遠いです。 朝、朝食は頼んでませんでしたが 無料でコーヒーや牛乳、ブドウジュースや パンを自分でチーズをのせて焼いたり ジャムを付けて食べれたのが良かったです。😄

心温まる優しいお宿でした。

オーナー夫妻やスタッフの方々に何から何までとても優しく対応していただき、とても心温まるステイができました。娘たちも普段なかなか接することのできない犬や猫のお世話もさせて頂き、とても喜んでいました、ありがとうございます。お部屋も綺麗に掃除がされていて、お料理も朝夕とも美味しく頂けました。お風呂は確かにぬるめですが、長風呂するには最適な温度だと思います。素敵な時間をありがとうございました。機会があれば、また行きたいと思います。

猫ちゃんがお出迎えしてくれる宿

アットホームな雰囲気で居心地良かったです。猫ちゃんは３匹居て1匹はやや短気(笑)です。 特に不便は無かったですが老婆心で一つ言わせてもらうと防災上の案内は軽くでもあった方がいいのかなと。他の宿でこれが長いとまた聞くのが面倒ではありますが、、、 その他大きな不満も特に無かったです。 機会があればまた行きたいです。
