"The check in process was horrible! The room was clean but the outside wasn’t the best. I saw a dead rat. There was no internet at all, we couldn’t watch tv . I would not recommend this property nor will so stay there"

"The Grand Hyatt staff at check in was the absolute worst. I upgraded, had proof from the Hyatt app and confirmation on my upgrade to the reserve. The manager there kept arguing with me, then proceeded to be extremely rude, and gave me a room that was barely cleaned. Then I had to go down 3 times ..."
