"I felt like I had to pay to ride the elevator. Every time I wanted to do something there was an additional charge. I took my kids to the swim area and it cost $374.00 for my two grandkids to swim and for the two adults to watch. What a ripoff."

"I’m rating this a 4 star only because the room we stayed in really just needed a good deep clean. The one room had dust on the wall and ceiling fan, there was some food on the kitchen floor, and the pull out couch needed cleaned.
