Room was decent (223), had a bit of a musty smell I chalked it up to the AC. Shuttle service was very useful for the conference I attended. Breakfast was nothing special but sufficient. Very friendly staff

Although I booked this room last-minute, I wasn’t disappointed. The staff greeted me with a smile and “how may I help you”. After getting me set with my room, he wished me a good night. Upon entering the room, I noticed how fresh it smelled right away. That set the tone for my stay. The room was spacious and inviting. It was clean and very-well kept! Toiletries were well stocked as were the towels. The bed and pillows were extra comfy (and that’s coming from a picky person). I have zero complaints about this hotel. Keep up the AWESOME job!!

Everything was pretty good, clean, the staff was nice and helpful, the parking area was clean! It’s in a good area without worry! The only thing that wasn’t so great was the breakfast! Don’t get me wrong it was ok! But the scramble eggs weren’t real eggs! It was some powder egg type, I could tell by the texture and taste of it! The waffle was ok but the taste of the batter wasn’t so great, everything was a good breakfast setup though, for the look of hospitality! But overall besides the breakfast I loved the hotel on all levels 👍

I picked this hotel for the airport shuttle. I was unable to get through on the phone for a shuttle pickup. When I finally got to the hotel, I realized it was because the front desk staff was sitting outside, smoking and talking on their cell phone. I waited 5 minutes for her to come inside to check me in. The next morning the front desk staff was the complete opposite, friendly and went out of their way to help me and other guests.

Good thins : it is really close the airport. Breakfast small but really and actually what you need. Great. Parking lot great. Small things not good: we had not so clean floor. Bathroom I am with my wife but we had one body towel left for us. In shower area in tub sitting chair was broken , I didn’t need it but they tried to fix but didn’t done well. If there was elderly person yesterday we’re leaving this place to hospital maybe broken bones. Anyway all in all nice and hope you all take care this small things . As they say small things is small but disgusting . This almost 18 min to 12.th street. About 13 min to opry mills mall. 23 min to broadway street.

Shuttle van driver Shane was excellent. He was friendly, interesting, and informative. They offer drop off at non airport locations. We were able to use the shuttle instead of using a ride share. Housekeeping never came to change towels. Desk people were able to provide them. Room phone does work.
